Once final grades are recorded for the semester, remove missing assignment notifications for students

When final semester grades are recorded our students no longer have the opportunity to turn in assignments that were missing from the semester.  Currently, the red ! Missing Assignments alert shows for past semester work.  There needs to be an option to have this cache cleared at the end of each semester so that students know the missing work is for the current semester.

    Hi There!

    I do believe we resolved this for students a number of months ago. The Missing Assignments alert should only be showing missing stuff for the current term. 

    IF your students are still seeing old missing assignments, please report to Support because it sounds like a bug.

    Additionally, we would like to see the option to bulk change missing assignments to a grade of zero
