Ability to Add Parents to Community Groups by Student Grad Year

Right now, for non-smart groups, pulling in users such as Parents only gives us the option for the role and grad year. If Parent is selected as the role, grad year will only remove all users, as parents won't have a grad year in the system. We'd like to be able to filter for parents based on their child's grad year to help make the group roster management process more efficient.

    This exists in product already.

    1. Click Manage Roster
    2. Under criteria choose Parents of Students with Enrollments (Current Year)
    3. Then choose Child Grade Level Description Equals 4th grade (or whatever grade.
