Ability to organize Links in Topics

Teachers who post a lot of links need to be able to have one links block and to be able to organize links and re-sort them easily, just as we can on the Bulletin Board but not in Topics.

    Hello, Hello -

My name is Mike and I'm one of the Product Managers here at Blackbaud. My team and I are going to begin conducting interviews regarding our Topic feature. We would love to get some interviews booked with teachers, or group leaders, who regularly use the Topic module. For this first round of discovery, we'll be focusing on listening to pain points and better understanding existing use cases for the feature. This will be followed by a second round of discovery once we have a prototype pieced together (Date for the second round of discovery is TBD).

We'll be conducting interviews for the next month or two. If you, or any teachers at your school, would like to participate, please use the scheduling link below to book an interview slot.

Ironically, I had a teacher share with me their annoyance that they can add all of their downloads under a single download part within Topics but they cannot add all of their links under a single links part. It requires a new links part for each link which is very clunky. I came to the idea bank to post this idea and came across this already-existing idea so added my vote to support that links be enhanced to operate as efficiently as downloads.

Seems like this should be easy to implement - make the link box in topics work like the link box on the bulletin board.

THIS. The topics end up looking so cluttered because of the way the links are displayed. This is our first year with OnCampus, but next year I will be encouraging my teachers to put their links for a topic in one Text box on the Topic, which allows them to use ordered lists or unordered lists to organize them.
