Increase character limit in Rubrics Description (EAP)

Currently, in Rubrics the description box is limited to a 245 character limit. As an IB school, we must use and display the Rubric criterion exactly as provided by the International Baccalaureate organization. This is simply not possible given the character limit as some criterion will surpass 500 characters. 

I realize we are an EAP school and changes will be made, thought i would post this to gather votes as other schools will surely have the same/similar needs upon launch.

    With the July 26th release we'll be increasing the character limit for Rubric comments and descriptions.
