Video uploading to assignments and assessments

I would like the ability to upload video recordings to assignments and assessments AND I would like the students to be able to upload video recordings to assignments and assessments.  This would be extremely useful for me as a world language teacher.

    An integrated audio/video recording feature that eliminates the need to record a file and then upload it would be an enormous time saver for World Language and Performing Arts teachers. Teachers would like to be able to provide instructions verbally in another language and have students easily record themselves responding to the prompt in the ways that Canvas and SeeSaw allow.
