When using the Add/Drop function under onCampus > People > Academics > Manage Enrollment and choosing All Courses next to Click on Course Title to Add, all subject departments are expanded by default. It'd be helpful to have a "Collapse All" and "Expand All" option so that schedule managers don't have to close each department as they go down the list to the department they need. Using CTRL + F (the Find shortcut) is a workaround but not ideal.
