Allow group page access to be set by course instead of section

Every year I need to manually turn off students' group page access for study halls and other classes that don't have assignments or grades. It would be great if there was a way to do this in bulk, either on the Group Page Access page or when the course is created in Core.

    Additionally, when needing to select the specific class, the drop-down is not wide enough to see the entire class name. Our report cards require setup of several additional classes that should not be viewed by anyone (Teachers, Parents, Students). They are only added to be used for Report Cards. It required a lot of custom access to be set and it's very difficult to find the class you are looking for when the field is so narrow.
