Ability to Edit Files in Copied or Imported Topics

When a teacher spends hours developing content for their classes and they import it from year to year, they need the ability to be able to edit that content.  I am particularly concerned about downloads, pictures, audio, and video on their Topics pages.  If a teacher wants to remove or add a new pdf document to a downloads box, currently they can't do that.  Blackbaud's answer is to remove the content and add it again.  Teachers are too busy to redevelop content they spent time compiling to begin with.

    Good news! We were able to resolve the issue where teachers were not able to edit file content types on shared/imported Topics. The fix went live on 3/7/18.
