Pick Up Authorization form changes throughout the school year - people added and taken off (new sitter, restraining order, divorce, etc). Very helpful for administrator to be able to edit form and not have parent resubmit a form to make a change. All previously entered information is deleted and they have to start from the beginning. Form also needs to be completed multiple times for siblings. A complete waste of time.
