Allow school to set default view for Assignment Center Merged

The default view for viewing Assignments is set to "Today" and currently can't be changed. That is not a helpful view - students go home and see what was due today and don't know they can/should change it, so think they do not have homework. The default should be 1 week, or schools should be allowed to set their own default view.

    I have great news! On March 9th we are adding some new options under onCampus > Settings > Academics > Assignment Types. Managers will now be able to globally set default:

    • Assigned Time (determines when Add Assignment Notifications go out.
    • View (Grid or List)
    • Date Range (Day, Week, Month)
    • Display (Due, Assigned, Active)
