We do not use Medical Contact Card at all (we use the Magnus integration).  Currently, even when the medical tasks are disabled for constituent/role types, a Group owner will still see "Medical Contact Card' in the roster report options.  Our directors would like the option to remove it entirely from the roster reports list as it causes confusion.
