Add a section in the assessment that is just text, but doesn't require a response from a student

I would like to be able to have text in an assessment that is not a question.  There are a variety of ways this could be used, as a section header, to display an example or to give some information that is useful for multiple questions.

    The introduction text area doesn't meet my needs. The students can't see the text there while they are taking their quizzes.

    There is an introduction text area as part of the assessment setup.
