Add .cap file extension as a support file type

We are trying to add Capstone files to bulletin board downloads, but currently the .cap file extension is not supported. We can put a share link from google to the bulletin board, but this defeats the purpose of having the downloads.

    From our science teachers: The next time you interface with Blackbaud, can you find out why I cannot attach a Capstone file to the Topics? I used Capstone in physics, and there are pre-made lab files that I would like to share with the class, but when I attach the file to a topic in BB, I get a warning that it's an unsupported file.
    It would be handy if they could fix that.

    I just tried to attach a sample Capstone file to this comment, but I got this message

    Attachment not supported. Only the following file types are allowed: csv, doc, docx, eml, gif, jpeg, jpg, mov, mp4, msg, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, tiff, txt, vsd, vsdx, xls, xlsx
