Allow multiple separate assignment submissions without requiring the teacher to allow a resubmit

When adding a new assignment, include an option in the file submission block to allow multiple separate file submissions. This would allow students to submit a first draft, second draft, final copy or perhaps a corrected or updated copy.

    This is very important for us too. Either for drafts of an assignment, or classes where the students can resubmit to try for full credit on homework assignments.
