Currently the report will not list the assignment the student if is is not graded and we have to put a 0 to have it show. We need the report to show ALL of the assignments, regardless of whether they have been graded or not.

In addition, the name on the printed report is Assignment Grades - by Student; the report is missing the Grades in the list under Reports. This has confused teachers when trying to find reports other teachers recommend. Please make consistent.
