Remove weighting boxes from Grade | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Remove weighting boxes from Grade Book Calculation Methods settings where not needed

Total Point method of calculating grades displays the Weight boxes. Please remove them since they don't apply. Some teachers get confused.

When "Total Points" is selected as the gradebook setup, disable the "Weight (%)" column Merged
