Bulk Import Assignments via .csv

This would save a tremendous amount of time for teachers.

    I'm not sure why this isn't already a feature.  This would really helpful for teachers who are moving from another system to ON, as well as for those who are teaching new courses & curriculum to quickly get all their assignments setup for the year.
