Many of our parents have used systems like Fresh Grade, which allow teachers to privately share student work with their parents, and are now asking if our teachers can do this. Currently only assignments can be shared in a private fashion (everything else is visible to the whole class, or parents of students in the class), and the sharing of assignments is an all or nothing choice.

We would like some mechanism for a teacher to select an assignment submission to be visible to parents, and also a way to upload, or submit a link to other content for a student, which would be visible to their parents.

An extension of this idea would be to create an ePortfolio system, which could allow for the teacher, student, and advisor to add student work to their own portfolio, ideally with the option for sharing it outside the school with a special link, similar to how Google Drive works.
