Add Print Assessment capability Merged

We would like the ability to print an assessment in a well formatted manner.  Teachers need to be able to give a paper copy to students in the case of a computer glitch or for certain students to take on paper for various reasons.  Currently copy/paste works but it's not formatted well.

    Another reason that this is needed is that we have students who have accommodations. Whether for visual needs or they may receive extended time on their assessments. Currently, teachers have so much extra work in able to print the assessment for students:

    1. Ensure all questions are on the same page (Usually this means the teacher has to temporarily change this setting to print and then go back in and change it back.)
    2. Preview the assessment
    3. Use their browsers print option
    4. Mess with print options like scaling and removing headers/footers so that the assessment isn't 5 pages for a 6 question quiz.
