More Options for Rubrics

We have a teacher who assigns projects every year which have multiple options for students. 

1. When the teacher created a rubric, he discovered that not only did he have to create 6 separate rubrics to allow for the different options but each one showed up in the grade book for each student.  We would like some way to streamline that. 

2. The teacher needs to give a paper copy of the scored rubric to the student.  The printed copy had large boxes with a lot of wasted space.  Is there a way to re-format the printed copy?

3. The teacher noted that he wanted to give a general comment about the project but could only give individual feedback for various skills.  Could this additional feedback option be added?

    One of our teachers wants to be able to have the students pick one of 3 assignments. One being graded with rubric A and the other with rubric B and one without rubric. He'd like the ability to specify which student gets which assignment. He's doing now by adding 3 assignments with the various rubrics and then exempting students from 2 of these when grading, but would like a better way to have the flexibilty of who gets an assignment from the roster and which of 2 rubrics to use for that student.
