Currently, the annotation tools for onCampus submitted files are not available within the full screen mode and teachers can only use the tools within the regular view. This regular view can be very small (especially for teachers working on smaller laptops) and trying to scroll around the page to leave comments can be cumbersome. It would be great to have the tools appear in full screen mode. Thanks for considering!
