Add "Conditioning" as a category for scheduling athletic events

This would be helpful for the athletics department to make sure they are not practicing out of season when conditioning only is allowed.

    Hi there, we implemented general events in athletics recently so that schools can enter non practice/game events and they can have whatever title they like.

    The category could be called conditioning or open gym or OTA (off-season training activity).
