Missing Icon in the Gradebook should automatically disappear when teacher inputs the grade.

When I flag an assignment missing and the student turns in the assignment and gets a grade for it, I have to manually unclick the missing icon.  That's a little tedious and it keeps telling the students that they have missing work.

    Hi Folks -

    Teachers can enable this by going to the Assignment Center > More... > Preferences > Assignment Evaluation

    Again this one feels like a no brainer and a simple piece to implement. This idea is from 2018. Let's make it happen.
