Immediate update of "Graded" count

When a faculty member is completing grading, the "Graded" count that shows on his/her assignment center does not always immediately update. In fact, we have experienced that sometimes, it takes a few weeks for this number to update. I have submitted 3 different support tickets around this issue, and each time support says that there is a script that is run about once a week that updates these numbers. Support has also admitted that sometimes it doesn't get run and marks the ticket as "resolved".

I've attached screenshots of three current examples. One screenshot is of a teacher's assignment center that has 3 inaccurate "graded" counts. The other 3 are of the assignment details pages for those assignments that do show the correct graded counts. Teachers continue to complain about this. When a teacher grades a student's assignment, the "graded" number should instantly change. If this number is not immediately updated, faculty will no longer rely on that number because it is inaccurate.

seems like a no-brainer to me ..... information needs to be consistent across pages.

I need to be able to count on the information that is displayed. I waste time checking to see what needs to be grade when, in fact, I am finished. T

Yes, please fix this problem!  I feel I cannot rely on the red/yellow/green buttons on the assignment page because they are not accurate a good percentage of the time.
