Allow formatting with assignment comments for student's view
The plain text editor for assignment comments strips all formatting when displaying the comment to the student in their My Progress view. I would like the format of our teacher's comments to not be stripped when displaying to the students.

Our teachers want to be able to paste formatted text into the assignment comment and have it maintain their formatting (e.g. number lines 1, 2, 3...) and bolds etc. THey say that it was better before the latest changes because they could paste and have it maintain formatting.
