Enable teachers to give assignments in different languages

We'd love for our teachers who teach in other languages (for us, Hebrew) to be able to post assignments using the editor feature in that language. I imagine this could be helpful to others who teach in other languages - Russian, Arabic, etc.

    Our assignments now support many languages for titles, descriptions, and comments!
