Activity group section identifier not showing on group page

I would like the ability to show Activity group section identifier on group page.

    As an example

    - I have a bunch of activity groups and sections, like "K-5 Admin Activity Group" and section identifier "2nd Grade"
    - While on the bulletin board or roster of that page, I'm not seeing "2nd Grade" section identifier anywhere.
    - How do activity leaders orient themselves, other than indirect clues of what unique section content is there, which may be none, or roster members.
