Create a Gradebook Report to display the grading breakdown of Rubrics

Teachers and Administrators are able to quickly see and view reports of data for the overall grade of a rubric, but no such report exists to see the grading breakdown of points in a rubric by category. We would like a report added so that a teacher has easy access to this without having to re-evaluate the assignment by the rubric.

    Additionally, as Andrew added this on my behalf, is this data visible in Advanced Lists or the API?
