When having to e-mail groups of students, selecting the names of the students from a dropdown list, and being able to write a "form e-mail" that fills in "student's name" and/or "parent's name" and then e-mails directly (without going into outlook) would save a lot of time. Currently, I either have to e-mail each parent individually, or spend time identifying who's e-mail is which to then select those specific e-mails from the list of e-mails in a group e-mail.This takes a lot more time to e-mail parents.  I don't always do a "mass e-mail" to a whole class.
