Add Security Alert Icon to Student Profile (Similar to Medical Alert)

Our security team is requesting that a button be added similar to the Medical Alert that would include important information regarding a student's release to adults. With the issues that schools are facing on a daily basis to keep our students safe, we would like to be able to communicate important information regarding a student's status and who they are and are NOT permitted to leave school with.

    Yes!  I am struggling with this currently.  We were using the HTML section in the header of the Academic record to add a comment like "parental restriction on File" but not all users (teachers) see this and we want control over which roles sees this info.
