I would like to see the "topic" locked to the originating course. I had to re-build a topic because someone had accidentally deleted it from a shared course, not realizing it would delete the topic from all courses it was shared to. Then if someone attempts to delete the Topic from a course that it was shared to, a Confirmation disclaimer should appear indicating that the Topic can only be deleted from the original course, preventing accidental deletion from all course the Topic was shared to.
