Run a report to see a master list of which grade book calculation each course is using.

Many of our teachers are using Percentages instead of Total Points with Weight and they don't understand what the difference is. It would be really nice to see a master list of what each course has their grade book calculation set to.

    I run a report like this before each term ends and for a while after it starts to ensure teachers have properly set up their grade books and haven't accidentally changed things.  I focus especially on % because that functions in a different way than how a teacher might assume.  I also monitor that they have selected their method because no selection defaults to %. Analysis>Reports>Report Admin>Grade Book Parameters -By Section.
