looking at the snapshot, I can tell, without even opening the pages that I need to check in with Caitlin, Delaney, and Nicole with one glance.  Caitlin's and Delaney's are too short and Nicole's is too long.  Being able to see this in a glance will save me at least 30 minutes per class as I open up each doc and skim...then close and move on to the next student.
