Give teachers the ability to use the "manual attendance report" as a Roster report, the same one that attendance managers have under Academics > attendance Merged

Teachers who need to print out a roster for a sub or for emergency purposes need to use the empty gradebook report. The roster report on the Roster tab contains more information than necessary for a roll sheet.

    You will be able to run the manual attendance report from the roster report menu in the upcoming release (3/24)
