In Groups, provide an option to turn off the ability to send bulk email communication to Members or remove Members altogether and only keep the option for sending to All in the Bulk Communication Section. When someone sends a bulk email to Members it does not include the owners of the group and they are frequently excluded even though they should be included. I would like to have the option of removing the Members section so that All is the only option for selection in Bulk Communication.
