Our grade books are set to show students 0 decimals (whole numbers only) in their calculated cumulative averages. The goal is to focus attention on the performance, not the minute calculation. However, the grade detail view still shows their averages in each grading category down to the hundredths, which somewhat defeats that goal. I can't see why one would choose to show a different number of decimals for cumulative average and category averages.
