Ability to pull additional notes from an athletic practice into a report or list

We use this field to keep track of who the driver is for the game or practice. We would like to be able to export this via a list or report.

We need to have the ability to include a game administrator and manager. Since there are no other fields this is the only place to include this type of information. Again, a field box that can't be exported is not very practical.

This is CRITICAL---I use the field to assign bus ID #s with the games---When the transportation sheet comes to me I need to cross reference the buses with the games--right now there is NO way to see that information once it is added to the system. What's the point of having a field box if one can't use it/pull the information.
