I need to send a note out to a collection of students within nurse's office.   [e.g. those who don't have a certain meningitis vaccine].   There's no way to access a med. list from a distribution list.

The only workaround I can think of is to tag these records with a custom field, but that takes DAYS [data refresh], which I don't have.
