It would be helpful if we could have an effective date for adding/changing dorms for a student so that the change can be entered ahead of time but occur at a term start.   Because we only have a few days between terms, it can make it stressful to get the changes done and locks updated prior to term start and if we do too early, the new dorm shows on old report card.  If we could say a drop is effective the night before term start and add is effective then too, that would be ever so helpful!
