I need a way to log in the  number of pills/medication received.  I would like to have a working med sheet for each day with the ability to "sign out" a med and have the number of pills deducted from the total number.  This is a standard of best practice for nurses to track medication administration, especially with controlled medications. Also, I am only able to identify one medication per visit.

Under screening, I am unable to find a place for scoliosis screening or BMI or Blood pressure.  This is a major deficit when trying to print out a list of students to be referred.  

There is no place to document vital signs.  

There is no way to document 2 different outcomes, such as sent home and referred to MD.  

There is no functionality to allow a "not feeling well" visit along with a medication administered.  

As i have said to the sales rep, it is obvious that this module was rolled out without a nurse consultant's input.  I have many more areas of concerns with the daily use of this product.
