Recover deleted topic

There should be a certain recovery time (at least a week) for a teacher to restore a topic they deleted.

    Hi Bryan!

    Good news! We soft delete Topics and hold on to them for a year. If you write up a ticket with Support with the details we can arrange a data fix for you.

      It would be great if the Academic/Advisory/Activity/Community Manager could undelete from the soft delete. It allows the managers to provide a quick turn around to their teachers and ease anxiety.
