Allow teachers to correct mistakes to thier assessment, even after a student has begun

It is often after a student begins the assessment that the typos or missing info is discovered. teachers are frustrated with having to start over when a mistake is discovered.

    I like this idea... I have (as the teacher) forgotten to check the correct answer... yet I can't go back and fix... It would be great to be able to do this. Webassign allows this and when you do it on Webassign it sends you a warning first. Then after you change the test it asks if you want to "regrade" the assessment for the class. nice feature.
