Add a column for letter grade or percentage grade next to points on student progress page

It is difficult when you are looking at a student's assignments to know how well the student is doing. For example, if something is 13/18, then you have to guess or divide yourself. It would be nice if there was a column next to points that shows the percentage of those points.
