Currently, Assignment Types are universal across all school divisions.  In our situation, our Middle School wants to add additional assignment types as "major assignments" in order to avoid overloading students with things like quizzes.  However, changing this would change this for all.  We can use the filter in the "Assignments by Grade or Department" to include minor assignments as well, but then we're having to parse through a lot more things.
