If we are going to be locked into a fixed set of reports, then they need to be more rigorous.   e.g. the "gpa term ranking" report needs to have student ID [at least].   last,first doesn't cut it because, if I need to combine this info with other info [via spreadsheets, for instance, because I cannot generate my own reports], then I need an unambiguous key value.
