Allow for a larger font size when entering assignment names in the gradebook

The font size for assignment titles in the gradebook is currently around 8 point font.  Every other text box in the K-12 suite seems to be in 11-12 point font.  Allow users to adjust font size so they can see what they are typing.

    Font size for gradebook assignment titles is now 16px.
