Allow parents and students view gradebook weights
When teachers use the systems of percentages or total points by weight, parents and student can't see the weighting percentage the teacher uses for the class. The calculation of the grade is a mystery!

We agree. You need to see the different weights for each grading category otherwise a parent/student is not able to see how the grade is really being calculated.
