Parents want to be able to see the Notes within the actual text or email notification without logging into the Portal.  Our coaches add notes to individual games or practices with important details & when the notification is sent out - the parents cannot see the notes without logging in to the Portal.  If a NOTE placeholder was added to the notifications for a game or practice, this would help take that step out & make it easier to get the update info. quicker.
