Don't know if others would find this helpful - but some teachers have already made rubrics. In terms of their workflow, being able to import a PDF/Word/etc of the rubric would save some time (instead of copy and paste).
This is my first year with Blackbaud, and the rubric features seem very poor quality. Importing from other document types is essential for lowering the time it takes for a teacher to create rubrics.
As the Guest commented, Google Classroom has the ability to import rubrics from a spreadsheet that they provide a template for. This ease of rubric creation was extremely persuasive for me to create more rubrics.

Google classroom already allows export/import of rubrics using a worksheet and this would save a great deal of time with editing rubrics!
