We need an attendance report that tracks attendance by class period, filters by grade level and excuse type, and can be sorted to show greater than or equal to a certain number of absences.

There is no canned report that provide this data. It is extremely difficult to accurately track attendance by class period, see who has a certain number of absences for purposes of truancy and exam exemptions, and difficult to filter by absence type.
